NAME: Covidd-19 Throat spray
Project: Masterclass with aleks Tatic
YEAR:2021
A one-week design masterclass with Aleks Tatic from Tatic Design Studio led to the comprehensive development of the entire concept and design process. From initial research to final renders and presentation, the workshop spanned five days. The brief was to create a modular concept for a refillable throat-spray applicator, emphasizing best-in-class ergonomics. The design aimed to cater to three distinct applications and target groups. Three SOLUTIONS were developed from the same principle of function, but for three different OCCASIONS; night life, business, urban exploration. The nightlife spray was made to match the aesthetics and feel of Teenage engineering and business one was designed to match Rimowa brand language.
Rimowa spray futures the lock, so that it can’t spray closed and openings, that gives the possibility of reading how much spray is left.
Teenage engineering spray was havily inspired by the small speaker, Teenage made with Ikea. It futures the belt buckle and a low techt screen/alarm clock, that reminds you when to spray during long night parties.
Last spray was inspired by some climbing equipment, that can be cliped on a belt or backpack, that is why it futures the bottom part, where a string string can be attached for easier exploration.
